Monmouth County Blinds completed elegant interior shutters with 3 1/2" louvers featuring a hidden tilt and split tilt system. They are using 3-sided trim casing frames and sill plates along the bottom of the frames, finished in the color Polar White with white hinges. These shutters were all mounted on existing window moldings and installed in Ocean Township, NJ.
